All my careful stitches on my needlework case
Since the summer I’ve been going to a weekly sewing class. This week I finished my needlework case and have learned how to do blanket stitch on a Christmas Stocking.
I am very proud of my needlework case and Mum thinks I’ve done a great job on it. I really enjoy sewing and I like finger knitting too.

This week we’ve been out every day in the sunshine, making the most of the autumn weather.
We had a bit of a surprise when we went into the field this week because a big oak tree had been cut down. I felt sad that the tree had been cut, but I could see it was rotten, so it was safer now. We climbed up it and sat in the sunshine and I said hello to all the beetles who were making new homes.

A bedroom full of paper dolls!
One or two weeks ago I suddenly went crazy for paper dolls. I have about 30 of them and while I’m writing this blog post Mummy is printing out more for me!
I love cutting out and colouring them and will spend all day doing them. Then I give them voices and play with them.
My favourites are Selena and Hannah. Selena has lovely clothes which I really like and has neat brown hair. Hannah has clothes drawn on her as well as her other outfits with tabs which look really good on her. She has a lovely smiling face and beautiful hair.
