One sunny, bright, fine morning Georgia woke up. She looked out of her window and smiled.
Today she was seven; it was her Birthday.
She was going to Canop Ponds as her treat.
She jumped out of bed and got dressed in her Happy Birthday clothes her Dad had bought her.
When she got on her purple socks and her blue pants and her dress that matched her blue pants, she went downstairs to see a big present and her friend Eme. She was very excited.
‘Let me brush your hair’, said Mum.
Georgia’s hair looked pretty with a ponytail.
When they were ready Mum packed a snack.
Then Daddy, Mummy, Georgia and Eme got in the car and drove off.
In fifteen minutes time they got there. They got out of the car and ate snack.
Eme and Georgia had a little play and Mum and Dad took some photos.
At twelve o’clock they came home.
Georgia, Mum and Dad all had lunch.
‘Quiet time!’, said Mum, yawning. So Georgia and Eme went upstairs for quiet time.
